Luis Oscar Cortez Villca | Tech Lead & Task Manager
_Reporter: Luis Oscar Cortez Villca · Recipient: Rafael Bernardo Valdivia Sanchez Berzain_
Methodology note: SBG dev work runs as a continuous-flow Kanban (no fixed sprints). This report is framed around deliverables — what shipped — rather than ticket counts. It is cross-project: it covers all of my work in June across every product. Activity is corroborated by real GitHub output (128 commits / 31 merged PRs across 4 repositories in June). No explicit June priority list from Rafael is recorded in my sources, so I read my work against the month's visible thrust (PredatorAlgo launch · the sbg-pm tooling brain · BK email) and reflect honestly at the end.
June was a launch-and-leverage month. The headline: **PredatorAlgo went live with real charging on
June 18** — I took it from a Stripe architecture spike through products/checkout, auto-renew compliance, a
test harness, the fallback-queue automation, the operator dashboard, the no-trial pricing pivot, and the
go-live to live keys, plus cookie policy, GA tracking and the admin grant queue. In parallel I built the
sbg-pm PM brain — the reporting/automation layer that now generates the team reports, the governance
system, and this report itself. A third, lighter stream advanced BK email marketing.
Effort was concentrated: PredatorAlgo took ~79% of my commits and the sbg-pm brain most of the rest, which
means ProFunded and BK product work got little direct time this month — a deliberate consequence of the
launch, and the main thing to rebalance in July. This report omits compensation (Rafael's prerogative under
the consultancy agreement).
The concrete outputs of the month, by effort:
💳 PredatorAlgo — Stripe payments + go-live · COMPLETE
Architecture spike → products and checkout (with TradingView + Telegram custom fields) → test harness →
the no-trial pricing pivot → go-live to live keys and prices: real charging on June 18. *(101 commits /
21 PRs in predatoralgo.)*
🔁 PredatorAlgo — access automation + operator dashboard · COMPLETE
Hybrid fallback queue + manual-grant operator route; the full ops dashboard (customer grid, per-customer
detail across TradingView/Telegram/Stripe, revoke action, Stripe-API search, deep-links, pagination); admin
grant queue surfacing buyer email + TradingView username.
📜 PredatorAlgo — auto-renew compliance · COMPLETE
Stripe Billing Portal + route, manage-subscription CTA on the success page, auto-renew disclosure, legal
billing stub, and the Stripe dashboard configuration (receipts, trial-will-end, Billing Portal, ToS).
⚖️ PredatorAlgo — legal · analytics · launch prep · COMPLETE
Cookie policy + consent banner, GA4 conversion tracking + post-purchase Telegram-join event, the
support@predatoralgo.com mailbox, and landing copy/backgrounds/logo polish.
🧠 sbg-pm — PM brain (reporting + automation) · COMPLETE
Scaffolded the brain: full report-template catalog, the deterministic md→HTML renderer + theme, the
machine-readable ledger, the /document living-docs capability, self-contained Mermaid rendering, and the
task-bootstrap commands. *(7 commits / 6 PRs in sbg-pm; shipped as PRs #1 and #4.)*
👥 sbg-pm — team areas + per-person reports · COMPLETE
Areas + a global team roster, per-area/person report filing, area→Jira-board mapping, and portal grouping.
🌐 sbg-portal — public reports portal · COMPLETE
Built/extended the Cloudflare Pages portal that publishes the brain's docs and reports: grouped reports by
area, the sidebar baseline, and the nested report-href fix — plus the review/merge/deploy of the pipeline.
*(2 commits / 1 PR in sbg-portal.)*
✉️ Binance Killers — email marketing · COMPLETE / ONGOING
Email-template versioning + A/B scaffolding, the v2 welcome email, header assets, landing-config
consolidation, and the domain 301 redirect. *(18 commits / 3 PRs in bk-monorepo.)*
🤖 AI / reporting tooling · COMPLETE
The sprint-report HTML deck and the performance-report "days" mode — the tooling behind reports like this
one — plus the MCP template + start-task setup.
📈 ProFunded — Match Trader integration · STARTED
Credential testing, CNAMEs, and a feedback loop with the Match Trader team. Minimal direct time this month.
June's biggest leverage artifact was sbg-pm itself — a Claude-powered PM brain that turns live Jira +
GitHub data into reports. It already produced the LearnTrading and PredatorAlgo day-by-day reports, the
Swissbull governance system (org model + co-CEO onboarding + views + Excel), the dev-team infrastructure
overview, and this performance report — all from real data, bilingual. The reporting tooling itself was
built this month. On the product side, PredatorAlgo's build leaned on the same AI-assisted slash-command +
agent workflow established in prior months (PR-review iteration, task bootstrap).
close the V2 plan.
authenticated/authorized user dashboard (move off "Stripe-as-database").
ProFunded evaluation engine and trader portal live in external systems (Match Trader / MT5).
signalize-ai (empty repo) and tradingview-access-management
(no access) returned no data.
checkout, access automation, an operator dashboard, and compliance, end to end in ~3 weeks.
with build pushes mid-month (peak June 12).
this report from real data; leverage that pays back every month, not just June.
ProFunded and BK product got little direct time (Match Trader was barely started; no LearnTrading
work from me). Rebalance once the launch stabilizes.
database and no app-level auth** (admin relies entirely on a Cloudflare Access policy). Right call for
a fast launch, but NowPayments and an authenticated user dashboard will require a real backend (Supabase).
Flagging it now so it is a planned decision, not a surprise.
Leonardo are producing in their lanes, but ownership of the shared layer needs to spread.
